- Delivery Timeframe: All deliveries will be completed within 48-72 hours
- Urgent Delivery: Urgent garment deliveries will incur an additional charge of 100%.
- Examination of Garments: Customers are advised to inspect garments upon delivery
- Responsibility Disclaimer: We are not liable for color fastness, shrinkage, or damage to embellishments/embroidery during the cleaning process. While we strive to remove stains, we are not responsible for stubborn or un-removable stains. All articles are accepted at the customer’s risk.
- Delivery Delays: Efforts are made to ensure timely delivery, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will keep you informed about any such delays.
- Garment Collection: Garments must be collected within 15 days from the scheduled delivery date. Failure to do so releases us from responsibility unless prior notice of delay is provided by the customer.
- Liability Limitation: We do not accept liability for loss or damage due to incidents such as fire or burglary.
- Designer Wear Tariff: The tariff for designer wear will be determined on a case-by-case basis, considering garment complexity.
- Cleaning Process for Designer Wear: We will follow designer recommendations for cleaning designer wear, provided our technology supports it. In case of damage during this process, compensation may be considered, limited to 8 times the service charged for the item.
- Dispute Resolution: All disputes are subject to jurisdiction in Delhi.
- GST: Government Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be charged additionally as per prevailing rates.
- Promotional Use of Images: We may use images of your clothes for promotional purposes.
